Digital Legacy Project

As my capstone project for the M.A. in Mass Communication - Pro Masters track, I worked in a group to create the digital legacy program. The project had two key objectives: demonstrate mastery of multimedia principles to engage in superior story, and create a strategic communications plan complete with social media. This project allowed me to put a variety of skills on display. From audio production to effective survey management to qualitative and quantitative data analysis, I was allowed to contribute to storytelling in a variety of satisfactory means. 

The strategic communication allowed me to showcase a personal point-of-view. All of my work starts from the development, distribution and analysis of the Digital Legacy Project survey. These results allowed me to conduct analysis on a variety of audiences, pick the right audience for our message, and personally create content directly targeted at these audiences. All of this was done with an understanding of public relations, advertising, telecommunication, and marketing acquired during my studies at the University of Florida, and Northwestern University prior. 

Special thanks go to my committee, advisers, and professors at the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communication. And none of this could have been possible without the videography, web development, photography, audio production and storytelling done by my group mates. This was a team effort, and although I hope o showcase my individual work here, the overall product would not have bee possible without the dedication displayed by everyone at the CJC.
